About Erica Gibb

Before becoming a Realtor, Erica Gibb earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and spent years working in community mental health. Her career included serving veterans in hospice care, supporting individuals with severe mental illness, and leading homeless outreach programs. These experiences instilled in her patience, empathy, and the ability to truly listen—qualities she now brings into her real estate practice, guiding clients through one of life’s biggest transitions with clarity and care.

Originally from Miami, Erica lived in the same home her entire life before relocating to Ocala three years ago. That personal experience gave her a deep appreciation for what “home” truly means and a firsthand understanding of the stress that can come with moving and starting fresh. Her goal is always to ease that transition for her clients and make the process as seamless as possible.

With a creative eye and a love for design, Erica has always been drawn to home projects and the potential within every space. Real estate allows her to combine that creativity with her passion for helping people. She understands that buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, so she focuses on simplifying the process, offering support, and making the journey smooth—and even enjoyable.

Family is central to who Erica is, and her mother remains one of her greatest inspirations. She carries that value into her work, knowing that homes are far more than properties—they are the foundation for family, connection, and lasting memories.

When she’s not working with clients, Erica can be found in her garden, tackling a DIY project, creating art, or spending time with her pets.
